Step 5: Sprint to the Finish - AIVIA™ Hackathon Build & Judging Details

AIVIA™ Hackathon – Project Building & Judging

Prep → Team → Build → Judge → Showcase

After team formation, it’s time to collaborate and bring your AI-augmented solution to life!

Choose Your Sprint Path

Sprint 1: Core Logic (Proof of Concept)

Build a CLI in Jupyter Notebook that demonstrates your project’s fundamental capabilities.

Perfect for: Algorithm-focused teams who want to prove concept viability

Sprint 2: Full Experience (UI + Usability)

Create an interactive Streamlit dashboard with polished UI and real-world usability.

Perfect for: Teams aiming for deployment-ready solutions

Note: You can complete Sprint 1 only, Sprint 2 only, or both. Projects are judged holistically - exceptional Sprint 1 work can absolutely win! You can also build without showcasing for learning and portfolio development.
