After passing both the MCQ checkpoint and AIVIA™ Mode 1 evaluation, you’ll see new options on your dashboard:
→ Join AIVIA™ Hackathon – Officially confirm your participation.
→ Find Teammates – Browse the participant directory for your chosen project.
Step-by-Step Team Formation Process
Activate Your Participation
- Click the Join AIVIA™ Hackathon button to confirm your spot.
- This indicates you’ve completed all qualification steps and are ready to join a team.
STEM-Away® Team Formation
- On July 10th, STEM-Away® will auto-form teams from all confirmed participants.
- Teams are grouped by chosen project and the difficulty level at which you qualified, ensuring balanced preparation across team members.
- You’ll receive your team assignment by July 11th.
Optional: Self-Directed Team Formation
- Prefer to form your own team? Browse the participant directory anytime before July 10th.
- Message potential teammates directly on the platform.
- Assemble a team of 3–5 members and register your team before the deadline.
- To register your team:
→ Have one team member send a direct message to @stemaway with:
– Project name
– Usernames of all team members
– Confirmation that all members have joined the hackathon.
