Tasks & Hurdles

  1. Interviews - completed 2 interviews, one with ML Pathway lead, one with UX Participant
    hurdles: not finding enough students on time to conduct interviews with, resolved hurdle by reaching out to UX Team 3 members for help

  2. Affinity Mapping - began affinity mapping from our interview data
    hurdles: unsure how to arrange the data, resolved by looking up resources about affinity mapping

  1. finished affinity mapping
  2. created “how might we statements” to think about use cases
  3. brainstormed solutions for prototypes
  4. dot voting from all brainstorming solutions and created impact feasibility matrix to choose what we want to focus on
  5. created low/mid fidelity prototypes using Figma
  6. creates presentation slides with out research

Tasks & Hurdles

  1. Sketches & Prototyping - all created sketches that inspired our final prototypes
    hurdles: not enough time to do sketched together, so instead did them independently and came together to discuss what we wanted out prototypes to look like
  2. Impact-Feasibility Matrix - did dot voting to choose out solutions from all brainstorming
    hurdles: unsure if we had too many ideas or too little ideas in our final matrix, did a couple rounds of dot voting and talked with Fiona and Pooja about our ideas
