  • Python and R: basic coding skills, creating different kinds of plots from large data sets, customizing plots, ggplot library ®

  • I understand the background information on the project and the experimental portion with microarrrays
  • I attended most of the webinars and watched the recordings of all the ones that I was unable to attend and have a clear understanding of most of the technical skills (especially R and Python)
  • I met the two other members of my group and we have all established methods of communication through Slack and the Stem-Away Forum
