What the AI Does During the Engagement
Ask the AI Anything
Either party can ask questions. “Am I on track for Milestone 2?” “Has the API requirement been addressed?” The AI checks the agreement and gives a straight answer.
Change Requests
Scope changed? The AI drafts a formal amendment with suggested timeline and cost. Both parties sign off. The agreement updates. No ambiguity about what was agreed.
Milestone Completion
When a freelancer marks a milestone done, the AI checks it against acceptance criteria. Then logs it and notifies the client.
Complete Paper Trail
Every update, change, and conversation is logged. If anything goes sideways, both parties have a clear record of what was agreed, when it changed, and who changed it.
Payments and disputes: AIVIA does not process payments or mediate disputes. When the AI notes a milestone as complete, that’s a notification, not a payment trigger. Payment happens directly between the parties. If disagreements arise, you have full documentation to resolve them, but resolution is between you and your freelancer.
