The Game Changer

Why do candidates actually WANT to take AIVIA evaluations?

Unlike traditional tests that feel like interrogations, AIVIA is a learning experience. Candidates receive detailed feedback and retain ownership of their evaluation results.

Is it really unlimited invitations?

Yes! Whether you’re inviting 10 or 1,000 candidates to evaluate, it’s the same price. No per-test fees, no surprise charges. Many platforms charge per test - you’d typically pay more for just a handful of assessments.

Can I customize what we evaluate?

Yes - Context Pack™ dropdowns let you set focus areas and required skills in about 2 minutes. The AI adapts its conversation to probe what matters for your role. It’s like having a senior engineer conduct all your prescreens.

How It Actually Works

What's the evaluation flow?

Each project lives as a forum post with an attached AI evaluator. Evaluation is an open-book AI conversation that adapts to responses. You get transcripts, scores, and a narrative assessment of strengths and areas for development.

How long does an evaluation take for candidates?

Typically around 30 minutes. Remember, it’s open-book and conversational - more like a technical discussion than a timed test.

Which project categories are available?

We organize projects into two pillars (16 specializations). If our current projects do not closely match your requirements, we create a new project specifically for your role.

How are results scored?

AIVIA evaluates across multiple dimensions (like problem-solving, code quality, communication) based on a transparent rubric. You get a detailed transcript showing the conversation, scores for each dimension, and an overall skill level (e.g., Beginner / Intermediate / Expert).

How does prescreening save me interview time?

You see how candidates think before you meet them. Get conversation transcripts, rubric scores, and a narrative assessment. Walk into every interview knowing their strengths and what to explore further. We also provide AI-generated integrity check questions and interview scripts based on your specific Job Description.

Is cheating a problem if it's open-book?

Real work is open-book too. AIVIA prescreening evaluates how candidates think and solve problems, not what they’ve memorized. The system then generates unique follow-up questions directly from each candidate’s screening answers. This creates a precise verification path that only the authentic candidate can navigate, serving as both a fraud filter and a perfect, structured interview opener.

Do candidates get feedback?

Yes! Clear, actionable feedback after each attempt, tied directly to the scoring rubric. They learn what improved and what to work on next. You’re not just evaluating, you’re enabling growth. They’ll remember you as the interviewer who invested in their development.

Can I invite my existing pipeline?

Absolutely! Paste your evaluation link in your emails, or browse candidates who’ve already completed evaluations. Either way, you’re getting rich insights before the first call.

Trust & Fairness

Is personal data used to train your AI?

We don’t use personal data to train our models. We only use aggregate, anonymized patterns to improve the system.

Can candidates delete their data?

Yes, anytime. They control what’s saved and what’s shared. We respect candidate agency - it’s part of why they trust the process.

Making the Decision

What if I'm not actively hiring right now?

Perfect time to start! Build your pipeline when you’re not desperate. When you need to hire, you’ll have a warm pipeline ready.

Who built AIVIA and why should I trust this?

We’re tech veterans from STEM-Away who’ve mentored 3,000+ students through virtual internships, with alumni now at Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and beyond. Our team brings decades of experience from senior positions at major tech companies.

Our track record: 80+ countries, 400+ colleges, thousands of careers transformed. We’ve been refining this approach for years through our mentorship programs. Now we’ve automated what actually works.

This isn’t our first rodeo - it’s the culmination of everything we’ve learned about what makes technical hiring actually work.

What's the catch? This sounds too good.

No catch - we’re in launch mode and want early adopters who’ll help shape the product. The “catch” is you’re getting founder pricing that won’t last.

Where is AIVIA heading with AI agents?

We’re building toward AI that handles the tedious parts while you focus on what matters - actually connecting with candidates. The roadmap includes AI agents that coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and identify patterns in successful hires.

The vision: Your AI hiring assistant that learns your standards and surfaces exactly the insights you need. Not replacing human judgment - augmenting it.

Early adopters will benefit most as these features roll out. You’ll get priority access and your feedback will shape development.
