02 Take an Evaluation
Browse scenario posts in the evaluation domains — starting with LLM & Agentic Systems and AI-Assisted Development. Spend time with the case study, then take the evaluation.
Each evaluation is 3–5 questions with follow-ups, text-based, up to 10 minutes per answer. You receive scored feedback after every answer. At the end, record a brief audio reflection. Your full report is ready within minutes.
You get two attempts per evaluation. The second attempt replaces the first.
03 Make Yourself Discoverable
Two things to do in your AIVIA dashboard:
Toggle “On Resume” for evaluations you want employers to see. This makes your full report visible to hiring teams on AIVIA. Don’t love how one went? Keep it toggled off — no one sees it.
Set your Availability to active in My Profile. This signals to hiring teams that you’re open to opportunities.
Optional but recommended: add Education, Experience & Location in My Profile to help employers filter and find you faster.
04 Get Found — or Go Find Them
Get discovered. Hiring teams search AIVIA by domain, component, score, and resume tags. They also use Ask AIVIA to find candidates by reasoning patterns. If your evaluation is On Resume and your Availability is active, you show up.
Target specific roles. Find AIVIA evaluation links on job boards, LinkedIn, or employer career pages. Complete the evaluation and your results automatically appear in that hiring team’s dashboard.

How evaluations work: AIVIA evaluations are AI-driven conversations that probe how you reason through realistic technical scenarios. Use any resources you want — it’s open-book.
