Winter Break FS Pathway Hub Sprint Training Details

Winter Break Sprint Training :snowman_with_snow:

Welcome @FS-Pathway, old and new participants!

Starting 20th of December 2020, we’ll be ramping up pathway activity in what I’m calling the Winter Break Sprint. This “Sprint” will consist of weekly Q&A meetings and Introduction and Wrap-Up Meetings for Modules 1-4.

All students interested in the summer session should participate in this sprint and attend the meetings in person, if possible. Students seeking leadership roles in the summer are encouraged to reach out and help others. As for the other participants, please make sure to comment in the respective module on what struggles you are facing.

Now, there’s a lot of information below regarding details, modules, and requesting your input, so read on.

Meetings

Starting at the end of December and going through mid-January, there will be regular meetings covering each module and office hours where you can ask questions about the material and get help debugging code. These meetings will be held on weekends but please respond to the polls below with your preferences, so I can accommodate the maximum number of people. There will not be any meetings the weekend following Christmas.

Hello @FS-Pathway ,

Just a quick update that there will be no new materials for next week. Instead, I would encourage you to go through this Discourse Theme Development and do some self-research. Please note that I am available at any point to answer any of your questions.

Also, you can go through this short video about Discourse Theme Modal.

Thanks!
