Overview of Things Learned:
Technical Area: Learned about how to host an end to end ML model using AWS, and NLP transformers, specifically the BERT NLP model
Tools Used: Colab, Git, BeautifulSoup4, Scrapy, DistilBert, AWS
Soft skills: Learned how to manage a team, how to communicate more effectively, how to collaborate on ideas, how to be an effective leader in order to bring out the best in participants/team members, how to organize meetings, and about various technologies used for project management.
Achievement Highlights:
Hosted a webinar on web scraping for the ML groups
Understood how to scrape forum data using BeautifulSoup4 and Scrapy and provided Web Scraping reference for participants
Hosted office hours and helped participants solve code issues
