About EduSTEM Breakthrough Biology
Welcome to EduSTEM Breakthrough Biology! This course is part of the EduSTEM Biology sequence, which has been designed for motivated middle school and high school biology students.
The field of biology is arguably advancing faster today than at any point in human history. Every year, radical discoveries are transforming the face of biology, from patient care and the development of therapeutics to basic science. This EduSTEM Breakthrough Biology course aims to familiarize you with the latest and greatest innovations in the various biological fields, such as optogenetics, stem cell biology, and third-generation sequencing. Assuredly, exploring the most elegant and efficient techniques will inspire awe and passion for the future of biology.
