  - Continued development of prototyping skills in **Figma** through creation of corporate recruiting user interface
  - Organized teams across time zones and provided guidance to UX teams using **Slack and G-Suite**
  - Continued to improve and polish presentation skills and gained further user interview experience
  - Familiarized myself with the project management tool **Trello**

- **Leadership Skills**
  - Communicated with leads and mentors to break down projects into manageable project scopes for teams throughout the experience
  - Organized weekly meetings with each UX Team to provide feedback on parts of user research and design
  - Worked with small team to create a corporate recruiting interface
  - Attended weekly project leads meetings to determine best options for various project management tools
  - Manage Teams spread across many timezones
